Southern Builders began installing quality mobile home roofs in 1983. Since then, thousands of satisfied customers have helped us grow into the industry leader, covering 20 states along a wide section of the southern United States.
Today our main office is in El Dorado, Ark., with 18,000 square feet of warehouse space. We also have a 31,000-square-foot facility in Lebanon, Tenn., just outside Nashville. Between these two locations, we maintain an inventory of over $400,000 of materials with up to six truckloads arriving weekly to replenish the stock. This tremendous buying power allows us to sell a quality product at a lower cost.
Southern Builders maintains a fleet of 28 trucks and 20 custom-built trailers to transport material loads. Our dedicated crews are based either in El Dorado or Lebanon and load their material from our warehouses each week before traveling to our customers’ homes in 20 different states. Our crews install only the PERMA-ROOF mobile home roof-over system – it’s their full-time job!
